Novatrix SRL is a Costa Rica-registered company, registration number 3-102-893958, licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under licence no. 0000002. It exists because Curaçao overhauled its gambling licensing system in December 2024, killing the old master/sub-licence structure that let one operator run dozens of casino "skins" under a single umbrella licence. Novatrix is one of the companies that picked up a chunk of that fallout. A lot of its current casinos still carry the visual DNA, bonus structure, and SOFTSWISS backend of their old Dama N.V. days, just with a different name in the legal footer now.
That inheritance is exactly why this is confusing. The lobby looks the same, the promotions look the same, even the support widget looks the same, but the company actually holding your deposit changed. A licence number and a registration number are the only things that don't lie here, so that's what we check first, every time, not the logo.
This isn't a case of one stale competitor page. I checked three well-known casino-review sites against each other for the same brands, right now, same week. AskGamblers has already renamed its own operator tracker from "Dama N.V." to "Novatrix SRL Casinos," stating outright that most Novatrix brands were transferred from Dama. Meanwhile, two other ranking sites still list several of those exact same brands, including Voodoo Casino, Run4Win, 24 Casino, Golden Star, and Fortune Play, as current Dama N.V. casinos.
It gets messier. One of those same sites lists BetBeast as a current Dama N.V. casino. I pulled BetBeast's own Terms & Conditions myself: it's neither Dama nor Novatrix. It's FunGame LLC, licensed in Anjouan. Three sites, three different answers, for one casino, in the same month.
I'm not pointing this out to score points off other affiliates. I'm pointing it out because it's the actual state of this niche right now. Nobody's list is reliable by default, including this one, unless it's dated and sourced from the casino's own current legal page. So every brand on this site gets exactly that: the date we checked, and a link to what we found.
A "100% up to $500" bonus isn't free money. It's a loan with conditions attached, and the conditions are where casinos make their money back. The two numbers that actually matter are the wagering requirement (how many times you have to bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw anything) and the max cashout (the ceiling on how much of your winnings you're allowed to keep, even if you hit a jackpot). A 300% bonus with 50x wagering and a $100 max cashout is worse than a 50% bonus with 20x wagering and no cap, and the flashy headline number won't tell you that.
Other fine print worth reading before you click deposit: which games actually count toward wagering (slots usually 100%, table games and live dealer often 10% or excluded entirely), how long you've got to clear it, and whether the casino voids your winnings if you request a withdrawal while a bonus is still active. None of this is illegal or even unusual. It's standard industry structure. It's just written to be skimmed past, and we'd rather you read it first.
"Instant withdrawals" on a casino's homepage almost always means instant approval, not instant money in your account. Open three different Novatrix-linked casino lobbies and you'll swear you're looking at the same site with a different logo pasted on top, because in a lot of cases you basically are. Most of these brands inherited their entire stack from their Dama N.V. days: same game aggregation layer, same crypto processing, often the same promotional mechanics with different numbers plugged in. Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw Gaming, and Play'n GO slots showing up nearly everywhere isn't a coincidence, it's licensing economics: popular providers sell their catalog to hundreds of operators at once, regardless of which legal entity signs the licence.
